20.000 Calorie Challenge
Eating massive amounts of food on one day is the hype. I see many videos on youtube pop up were people spend their time eating like 10, 20 or 30K calories in one day because they have a ‘bulk’ day. In this video, I will give you my opinion about these videos and I hope I can make you come to your senses when you watch certain videos on the internet.
When it comes to eating you should always follow your conscience and do what your body is telling you to do. In the long run, you will have more control over the things you eat and what your body does with these things. Fat people are only fat because they think they are fat. If they think food doesn’t go straight to the thighs the would be off a lot better.
